1. Eligibility & Enrollment

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. We may approve or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Commissions

You will earn a commission equal to 25% of the Net Sale Price (gross sale price minus discounts, refunds, and processing fees) for each sale of the Product, as tracked through your unique referral link or code. Commissions are paid following the end the each calendar quarter (April, July, October, January) via [Zelle, Venmo or Physical Check].

3. Marketing & Compliance

You agree to promote the Product truthfully and ethically. You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission on any promotional content, in compliance with FTC guidelines. In any and all promotions where you post your unique referral link, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with the Company. This disclosure must comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and should appear near the link itself. Examples of acceptable disclosures include “ad”, “sponsored”, or “As an affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases.” Similarly, misleading, spam-based, or deceptive marketing is not allowed and may result in termination of this Agreement. You may not bid on Grey Dark Music-branded keywords in search ads.

4. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Grey Duck Music, LLC. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of the Company. You are solely responsible for all of your own costs and expenses, including taxes, equipment, and insurance (including but  not limited to workers’ compensation and unemployment). The Company will not withhold any taxes from your commissions.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and remove all affiliate links and Company promotional materials. Any legitimate, approved commissions earned before the termination date will be paid during the next regular payment cycle, subject to the standard terms for refunds and chargebacks.

6. Limitation of Liability

(a) Limitation of Liability: Grey Duck Music, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

(b) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grey Duck Music, LLC and its agents from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your breach of this Agreement or your promotional activities.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
